We conduct traffic impact analyses, school studies, corridor studies, safety studies, intersection capacity analyses, and signal warrant analyses for a wide range of projects. To support TxDOT’s initiative, we have incorporated their Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) process into our analysis to assess the potential safety and congestion relief benefits from innovative intersection designs. From planning intersections for master-planned communities to designing roadway connections for commercial developments, IDS provides insight that helps clients achieve cost-effective and well-designed solutions.
When improvements are warranted, IDS designs traffic signals, turn lanes, roundabouts, and complex intersections, along with traffic control plans and pavement marking layouts. Our team is experienced in working within TxDOT right-of-way as well as local jurisdictions, providing high-quality designs for diverse clients and project types.
