IDS provides multiple opportunities throughout the year to ensure our engineers receive the annual required Professional Development Hours (PDHs). These include Vendor Lunch and Learns, Conferences, and Engineer’s Roundtable, totaling over 2,300 hours last year.

Our internship program gives students real-world experience, mentorship, and industry skills to prepare them for their careers.

Celebrating Career Milestones
