Since 1996, IDS has been a trusted partner to The Woodlands Development Company, providing comprehensive land development engineering services. Over the years, we have designed public utilities, paving, and infrastructure for more than 100 residential subdivisions, impacting thousands of single-family lots.

Key Project Features:

  • IDS designed major thoroughfares, collector streets, and bridges to enhance connectivity and infrastructure in the area

  • Key infrastructure was installed including: water distribution lines, water plants, sanitary trunk sewers, force mains, wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, storm sewer drainage facilities, detention ponds, and amenity lakes

  • The grading and layout for Carlton Woods Creekside Golf Course were carefully planned to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetics
