Michael Carpenter, CCM
Director of Construction

Michael brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in civil engineering and construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful infrastructure and municipal projects from conception through final closeout. With a strong foundation built from hands-on field experience, he prides himself on relationship building, accountability, and maintaining a positive, solutions-driven approach to every project.
Throughout his career, Michael has managed a wide range of civil construction efforts including water and wastewater systems, underground utilities, roadway improvements, and large-scale residential developments. Known for his ability to think outside the box, he has worked closely with City and County officials as well as Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) to navigate complex challenges while ensuring precision, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
As a Director of Construction, Michael leads both field and office operations with integrity and consistency, never hesitating to step into the field alongside his team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. He is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and holds his Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys vegetable gardening, woodworking, and spending time outdoors with his family.
