John Hale, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

John brings a community-focused approach to every project he supports, along with a genuine interest in solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful results. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University, where his strong aptitude for math and science—and early curiosity about how essential systems shape the places people live and grow – led him to pursue a career in engineering.

He enjoys contributing to large-scale efforts that require creative problem-solving, detailed coordination, and long-term benefits for the public. John finds the most fulfillment in seeing projects progress from early concepts through design and into construction, knowing the work will serve communities for years to come.

Collaboration is an important part of John’s day-to-day, and he values the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders while also helping guide younger engineers and technical staff. He takes pride in supporting team development and bridging the gap between design and execution.

Outside of the office, John enjoys being outside—whether that’s hunting, fishing, hiking, or enjoying time with family.
