Senior Project Manager

Coy is an experienced civil engineer with a wealth of expertise in channel rehabilitation and roadway improvements. He has played a vital role in the successful completion of numerous public works infrastructure projects during his time at IDS, along with overseeing multiple site development projects.

As a Senior Project Manager in our Public Works Department, Coy brings a strategic approach to every project he undertakes. From initial planning and design to construction and project closeout, he oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle with meticulous attention to detail.

Throughout his career, Coy has demonstrated a strong commitment to building relationships. He prioritizes open communication and fostering strong relationships with his clients, ensuring that project objectives are met, and expectations are exceeded. This dedication is also seen within the IDS walls as Coy mentors a team of engineers and helps them deliver projects that improve communities and enhance infrastructure.

Outside of the office, Coy enjoys time with his wife and daughter playing at the park, swimming at the pool, or at church on Sundays. Coy also loves taking family vacations anywhere that’s warm with a beach and can often be found enjoying his guilty pleasure of building and collecting Lego sets.
