Jason Hajduk, P.E.

Jason’s first experience with IDS began as an intern over 20 years ago. Here, he found he could expand upon his talents for building and creating while challenging his analytical side in new ways in an innovative atmosphere. He enjoyed his internship so much that the choice was clear—and he has been building his career here ever since.

Jason’s evolution through IDS has seen him advancing both in his own role and IDS as a firm. With a childhood background in business management and a natural inclination towards efficient and out of the box solutions, Jason found a management style that has supported IDS into a steady pattern of growth. Whether that was introducing new advancements in technology early on, such as the firm’s transition into AutoCAD Civil 3D, or now, as Senior Vice President improving our employee retention by spearheading our college recruiting and hiring committee initiatives. Overall, Jason strives to build and maintain the atmosphere that drew him in as an intern. He constantly pushes himself into new and exciting territories, so he can encourage the same for new Engineers of the firm to be their most successful selves.

In his personal life, Jason owns a Ranch where he can be just as hands-on. Beekeeping, breeding deer and raising chickens with his wife and three kids are just a few of his favorite pastimes.
