IDS provides multiple opportunities throughout the year to ensure that our engineers are capable of receiving the annual required Professional Development Hours (PDHs). These include Vendor Lunch and Learns, Conference, and Internal Lessons Learned, totaling over 2,300 hours last year.

Our internship program gives students real-world experience, mentorship, and industry skills to prepare them for their careers.
