Michael Swan, RPLS

Michael began his career 42 years as a field surveyor, and today, he serves as a Manager in our Survey Practice. He is a forward-thinking professional with exceptional problem-solving skills. By maintaining an open and collaborative philosophy, Michael proactively guides his team with his technical expertise and advice.

He is well-versed in surveying services, including but not limited to right-of-ways, boundaries, and site topographical surveys for a major public transportation agency, local government entities, and various school districts. Additionally, he has experience as a construction inspector for underground utilities and paving, including all phases of the Sam Houston Tollway project at IH-10—from foundations to bridge decking.

Michael has served as the designated surveying project manager for work performed under contract to the TxDOT Houston and Beaumont Districts.
