Senior Project Manager

Crystal is an experienced engineer that leads a team of project managers, engineers and designers to deliver high quality projects to Land Development and Utility District clients.

Her responsibilities include being a client representative to several Utility Districts across the Greater Houston Area, as well as the Engineer of Record for multiple Single Family Residential Developments. She is also responsible for the coordination of individual project teams, the allocation of resources for project completion, and providing guidance to project managers regarding the planning, scheduling and conducting of engineering work involving conventional engineering practices. She also provides consultation on complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements as they arise.

She is registered to practice in the State of Texas and earned her degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. You can often find Crystal and her family at local parks, golf courses, coffee houses, or at their parish.
