Please join us in congratulating the following colleagues on their well-deserved promotions within our company. Their dedication and expertise have been invaluable assets to our firm, and we are excited to see them excel in their new roles.

Eve Blakemore, P.E. promoted to Project Manager

Since her start at IDS, Eve has played a key role in our Land Development department and continues to serve as District Engineer for several of our MUD clients. She brings focus and reliability to every project she touches, while bridging the gap between maturing districts and demands for new infrastructure.

Jacob Bullard, P.E. promoted to Project Manager

Starting during his internship, Jacob’s career has been heavily focused on designing a large master planned community nearing completion. In this new role, Jacob will continue to broaden his experience in designing, including sharing his knowledge with E.I.T.’s on his team, and expanding his technical knowledge to serve our MUD clients.

James Capps, P.E. promoted to Project Manager

James joined IDS full time in 2020 after interning in 2019. He has contributed to a wide array of land development and utility district projects, and this has afforded him early exposure to the technical expertise that is required to serve our MUD clients. In this expanded role, he will use this background to serve our clients in an external facing capacity.

Brian Gerould, P.E. promoted to Cheif Engineer

Since joining IDS in 2005, Brian has worked alongside many of our engineers across all departments. He has served in a project management role, a district engineering capacity, and as a technical review lead on several of our public works projects. In his new role as Chief Engineer, Brian will oversee quality for all the firm’s projects, while continuing to impart his knowledge and experience to our engineers and designers.

Isabel Londrigan, E.I.T. promoted to Project Manager

Isabel began her career at IDS as an intern in our Land Development Department, and has continued to grow in this capacity, providing engineering services for our land development and MUD clients. As a native to northeast Houston, she brings a level of confidence to her clients that the service she provides them is professional, detailed, and personal.

Reagan Rucker, P.E promoted to Project Manager

Reagan is known for her direct solutions while bringing clarity and dedication to every phase of a project. She continues to be a valued member of our Land Development team as she steps into this new role, with a more expanded focus on mature utility districts and master planned communities.

Carla Story, P.E. promoted to Project Manager

Carla brings consistency and care to her work across our land development projects. After interning with IDS in 2019 and coming on full time in 2020, she now serves several of our MUDs that have unique demands for their maturing infrastructure.

Robert Swanson, P.E. promoted to Project Manager

Robert’s expertise and attention to detail have made him an invaluable asset to our Public Works department, both working directly as a design engineer and serving in the background for our senior partners in client-facing roles. Since joining IDS, he has consistently contributed to the success of our projects and will continue to do so in this new role.

Crystal Swink, P.E. promoted to Senior Project Manager

Crystal leads a team of Project Managers, Design Engineers, and Designers in the firm’s Land Development and Utility District practice. She has served as the Engineer of Record for several single-family developments and as District Engineer for multiple utility districts, overseeing the rehabilitation and expansion of water and wastewater facilities in a direct capacity. In this new role, Crystal will strengthen relationships with existing clients and continue to provide guidance to her growing team.

Roy Ward, P.E. promoted to Project Manager

During Roy’s career at IDS, he has had the opportunity to work with the majority of Project Managers and Designers in the Land Development department. This has given him unique exposure to a wide array of approaches to client and project management. Roy currently represents the firm on behalf of several municipal utility districts and uses his versatile blend of approaches to serve his clients well.

Lindsey Whatley, P.E. promoted to Senior Project Manager

Lindsey has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in managing projects, with many unique features and public attention. Most notably, her work in a large management district on the northeast side of Houston has given her the opportunity to plan and deliver on a large scale. As she steps into the role of Senior Project Manager, she will continue to drive success while taking on even greater responsibilities within her projects.
