Jason Hajduk, P.E.

Senior Vice President

Jason has spent his entire career at IDS since 2003. He has designed and constructed over 6,000 lots in his career. He is also District Engineer for two MUDs established in the 1970s and 1980s — 1,600-lot Harris County MUD No. 166 and 3,650-lot Rayford Road.

A drainage analysis for the Rayford Road MUD revealed the need to construct a new storm sewer pipe between two existing homes to deter excessive street ponding. Jason carefully coordinated construction with the homeowners to complete it without any change orders.

Continuously looking for ways to improve IDS’ design services, Jason led the company’s transition into AutoCAD Civil 3D and updated the platting process. Additionally, he spearheads the firm’s college recruiting and hiring committee.

He’s been a shareholder since 2011 and a Board member since 2013. In his spare time, he gardens, raises bees, collects honey, makes wine, hunts, and breeds deer with his wife and three kids.
