Mason Creek Corporate is a first-class business park located in the heart of rapidly growing West Houston at the northeast corner of Mason Road and I-10. The 110-acre master planned, deed restricted business park is designed to accommodate users for office, industrial, flex, back-office, restaurants, hotel, and retail.
IDS was tasked with managing multiple moving parts. We coordinated Katy Freeway frontage road access with TxDOT, Mason Road traffic modifications with Harris County, and a new bridge over Mason Creek with Harris County and Harris County Flood Control. We also phased roadway plans to expedite construction of internal roadways first, allowing sufficient agency approval time for the bridge. Underground utilities were designed to fit fiber optic conduit alongside electrical and gas lines and we supported the landscape vision of modern signage and water features.
IDS has also provided site development services for four tracts within Mason Creek Corporate Center, including three office buildings and Texas CMO at Mason Creek, a three-story medical building. The specific services included design of paving, underground utilities, site grading, drainage, fire protection, stormwater pollution prevention, traffic control, and LEED documentation for credit approval.
