Level-headed, with the confidence to calmly talk through problems and generate viable solutions, Eric has guided IDS land development and municipal utility district projects since 2002. Communities in Brazoria, Fort Bend, Harris, and Montgomery Counties have benefited from Eric’s skilled hand. He also managed all infrastructure development for the 400-acre Willow Creek Farms development, Waller County’s fastest-growing community. Houston’s largest commercial development, 4,000-acre Generation Park, is benefiting from Eric’s expertise. He is overseeing infrastructure design that incorporates lakes, walking paths, bicycle paths, forests, and ample building setbacks in what is being touted as the world’s first environmental, social, and economic (ESE) energy development. As chairman of his church’s finance committee, he is managing financing of a new education building and a future multi-building expansion. An avid Louisiana Tech fan, you can find him on football weekends cheering on the Bulldogs.
